Before diving into planning, let us first introduce ourselves; professionally, Pia & Jade is an event powerhouse, encompassing styling, florals and stationery. But on a more personal note, we would love to be seen as your stylish BFF; here to help with whatever we can and share with you our industry tips, tricks and knowledge to ensure your wedding planning journey is enjoyable, stress-free and seamless.
We are a small, yet dynamic team of creative perfectionists who are hopeless romantics with a keen eye for detail.
Our inspiration stems from travel, nature, fashion and architecture. We are constantly experimenting with new concepts, ideas and colour combinations to bring our clients originality and individuality, through dreamy tablescapes, sculptural arrangements and bountiful bouquets.
We believe weddings are more than just “one day”. They are precious memories, cherished moments and extraordinary love stories to pass down for generations.
To play a part in such a momentous occasion, is a privilege. To create using the best seasonal blooms and bring to life the magic our couples have dreamed of, is an honour.

What we do
Floral design is the forefront of our business and creatively, what really gets our hearts racing! There is something so magical and emotive about working with Mother Nature and the beauty she creates. Each flower is its own art form of texture, scent, colour and delicacy; they are our favourite art medium, changing throughout the seasons.
Our signature style is considered, feminine, clean, sculptural and authentic. Using high quality, seasonal florals we create unique ceremony installations, reception arrangements, large scale ‘wow’ moments, hanging installations and wedding party blooms to align with the creative concept and mood board as well as your budget.
Alongside flowers, we offer styling services. From in-depth styling consultations creating original concepts and mood boards individual to you, to sourcing furniture, table linens and place settings to bring our ideas to life.
For those who already have a clear idea of their vision, we offer candle packages and access to our styling inventory to bring together a complete tablescape and compliment our floral designs.
